I discovered by using mitred plywood panels with leather sandwiched in between, a wall, and gravity, I can create a sturdy structure leaning against the wall surface. The collapsible fabric hinges make transporting the shelves a lot easier, and the magnets embedded in the plywood panels holds unused shelves together to avoid shifting. Using the Fabric Hinge Bookshelves... is fun! Since gravity plays an important role on the shelves, there is a special weight balance between the 4 compartments, as well as weight limit on each shelf.
